Principal Officers/Shareholders
Randy Kindig, Vice President
Randy started his construction career in 1978, as co-owner in a family construction business building custom homes. In 1983, Randy joined the local carpenters union, beginning with the apprenticeship program, and graduating in 1988 as a journeyman carpenter. With a rapidly developing skill for team leadership Randy earned a superintendent’s position with a local construction firm and by 1992 was working as Project Manager, overseeing multiple revitalization, restoration and new construction projects across the state of Indiana. After a decade of successfully completing hundreds of projects, Randy was ready to take it to the next level. Knowing Erik Marburger from multiple past associations, Randy and Erik decided that there was an excellent opportunity in combining talents and resources.
Randy became a partner in Beau Mitchell Corporation in 2003 and the resultant growth has been phenomenal. Among other areas of education, Randy has enhanced his professional resources by completing the Army Corps of Engineers (ACE) Contractors Quality Control course, and has taken the lead in fully entrenching Beau Mitchell Corporation in a philosophy of Safety and Health. He also directly oversees Quality Control.
Key Personnel
Erik Marburger, Co-Founder and Construction Controller
Erik started his construction career in 1979, working in his father’s construction company. In 1990, Erik joined the local carpenters union as a journeyman, gaining valuable experience working with various contractors. In 1992, he served as Project Superintendent overseeing carpenters and subcontractors on job sites with a development/construction firm specializing in commercial and residential design/build projects. Showing a knack for bringing in projects on time with consistency and a high level of customer satisfaction, Erik was promoted to Residential Development General Manager, responsible for building approximately 35 homes a year.
Ever increasing his appetite for additional responsibility and personal growth, Erik decided in 2002 to dedicate himself fully to Beau Mitchell Corporation, a fledgling construction firm he and his wife started a year earlier. The decision was rewarded almost immediately as his reputation for professionalism and integrity provided a solid foundation of opportunities in the local market. He continues his methods as Construction Controller.
