Beau Mitchell Corporation (BMC) is a full service general contracting firm founded in 2001 by Erik Marburger. Based in Peru, Indiana, we have successfully completed 258 projects over the past 5 years, including Department of Defense (DoD), Design/Build, Competitive Bid, Idustrial and Commercial projects. BMC endeavors to provide high quality service in a prompt, efficient manner at all times. We do so primarily through effective project management. This process begins the moment a solicitation is under consideration, and continues as we monitor progress through project completion. The planning process encompasses such factors as task identification and order of operations; self-performance vs. subcontracting; selection and availability of subcontractors; division of scopes among subcontractors; material selection, acquisition and delivery dates; client facility occupancy/systems considerations; regulatory, safety, and reporting issues; and scheduling concerns. The process culminates in efficient delivery of high quality product.
